Abstract

Since the application of computed tomography, intracranial hematomas have become easier to detect, and those intracranial hematomas that are stable and easily ignored in the past can be diagnosed early. Unlike before, angiography or angiography was required. Diagnosis can only be made by drilling. Since some of these patients did not recover without surgery, continuous scans showed that the hematoma could be absorbed, while other patients' condition worsened later and required surgical treatment. This led to the question of how to decide on this type of early diagnosis.
