Attention should be paid to the symptoms of mental disorders of chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency, especially when the early symptoms of the disease are few and not obvious, such as exhaustion, neurasthenia syndrome and hypochondriasis. Depression is often overlooked. Obvious personality and behavioral abnormalities, organic psychiatric symptoms, and the development of dementia indicate the process of cerebrovascular changes. The author believes that a long-term treatment plan should be implemented early in the disease
