Artificial intelligence, often known as simulated intelligence, can greatly enhance the quality of service provided by broadband networks. Reliability and competence in broadband services are critical due to the increasing demand for fast internet. Broadband networks may greatly enhance service quality by integrating artificial intelligence with proactive monitoring, predictive maintenance, and continual improvement. This study set out to assess how artificial intelligence (AI), chatbots, and information mining especially affected the broadband network service quality in India. The study strategy was an overview, and the population being evaluated was diverse. An example size of 400 members was selected using Taro Yamane's algorithm, and the Cronbach alpha test resulted in a normal of 75%, demonstrating the instrument's unwavering quality. Enlightening and common least squares relapse approaches were applied to analyse the collected data. The analysis revealed that, although artificial intelligence (AI) had a negative correlation with broadband network service quality, information mining and chatbots demonstrated significant positive outcomes. With strong references to information mining and chatbots that improve the quality of service provided to Indian clients, it is logical to conclude that artificial intelligence has an impact on the quality of service provided in India in light of these findings. Thus, it is recommended that broadband networks in India adopt an artificial intelligence mindset in order to improve service quality.
