Abstract

 Intracranial aneurysm rupture is the most common cause of subarachnoid hemorrhage. According to statistics of a group of 5,838 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage, it was confirmed that 51% were caused by aneurysm rupture. Due to arteriovenous The cases caused by malformation accounted for 6%, and those with both aneurysm and arteriovenous malformation accounted for 0.7%. About 4.3% of the cases were caused by other reasons, the most important of which were hypertension and arteriosclerosis, accounting for 15%. In addition, 6% were caused by other multiple reasons, and the remaining 22% of cases could not be diagnosed despite medical history, cerebral angiography and/or autopsy.
