Abstract

Cranial ultrasonography is one of the commonly used diagnostic methods in neurology and surgery. In recent years, due to technical improvements, clinical application has been increasing, and the diagnostic accuracy has been further improved. Improvements in routine brain ultrasound applications. 1. Dual-probe dual-trace display uses two flat probes to explore 6 cm directly above the bitemporal external auditory canal at the same time. This method can directly read the shift value of the midline wave, which is easy to use and has high accuracy. 2. Use extracranial multi-point exploration to find the pathological waveform of intracranial space-occupying lesions.
