Abstract

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by motor and non-motor symptoms that often begin years before clinical diagnosis. Early identification of reliable clinical, prognostic, and biochemical markers is essential for timely intervention and improved patient outcomes. This paper reviews and analyzes contemporary evidence regarding early-stage PD markers, their prognostic significance, and corrective therapeutic approaches. Emphasis is placed on clinical manifestations, neurochemical alterations, inflammatory pathways, and neuroprotective strategies, with special relevance to Central Asian populations. The integration of multimodal biomarkers and personalized medicine approaches is discussed as a future direction for early PD management.
