Book Review of Some Diagnostic Measures of Cerebrovascular Disorders (Literature Review)

Abstract

Correction> In the diagnostic measures for cerebrovascular diseases, detailed medical history should be obtained first. Physical examination and neurological examination are also important ■ This article only briefly reviews some diagnostic measures. 1. Auscultation of blood vessels should be done in a quiet room, with the patient sitting upright or lying on his back, and auscultation performed in a resting state. Sometimes the patient is asked to do some activities to accelerate the blood flow, which may cause vascular murmurs. Auscultation can start from the heart, and then along the bilateral supraclavicular fossa (subclavian artery), neck (carotid artery bifurcation and vertebral artery in the neck), occiput, neck and orbit.
