It has been reported in the literature that about 10% of intracerebral hemorrhage occurs in the cerebellum, and the mortality rate is very high without treatment. Since the condition of these patients often deteriorates rapidly and may be salvaged by emergency surgery, early and correct diagnosis is necessary. In order to save time, many scholars recently advocated that patients with clinically suspected cerebellar hemorrhage can be treated with emergency surgery without being confirmed by radiological examination. Therefore, this paper re-analyzed 33 cases of initially suspected or finally confirmed cerebellar hemorrhage in order to identify the reliability of clinical evaluation
