Cerebral infarction in young adults

The author analyzed 64 cases of acute ischemic stroke in young adults admitted from 1965 to 1975, including 41 males and 23 females, aged 16 to 40 years old. The diagnosis of cerebral ischemic stroke is based on medical history, clinical and laboratory findings, and most patients are confirmed by cerebral angiography.
