This article compared the EEG and neuropathological changes in 13 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 37 cases of cerebral hemispheric infarction in the acute stage, and explored the relationship between the EEG and lesion sites. The results are as follows: 1. Brain In the cases of hemispheric hemorrhage, the slow waves on the lesion side are dominant, and the lateral type is the most; the mixed type, or the slow waves on the lesion side are dominant, or there are symmetrical slow waves, or the slow waves on the opposite side of the lesion are dominant; the medial type, more The slow wave is dominant on the contralateral side of the lesion. Hemorrhage in one cerebral hemisphere, with slow waves or predominance of slow waves on the contralateral side of the lesion, may be due to
