Abstract

According to the cerebrovascular images, it is deduced that the cerebral hemorrhage is limited to the putamen and does not affect the internal capsule and its hind limbs. The author calls it the internal capsule avoidance phenomenon of cerebral hemorrhage. With regard to the mechanism of internal capsule avoidance, it is generally believed that the lenticulostriate artery, especially the bifurcation of its lateral branches, is necrotic or the true small aneurysm ruptures. As for how bleeding develops into a large hematoma, there are currently different opinions.
