Abstract

Intrasellar and suprasellar tumors, due to the location of the tumor, in addition to various neurological symptoms, there will also be a series of changes in the endocrine and autonomic nervous systems. The human pituitary gland mainly secretes hormones related to metabolism and gonadotropin. Hormones related to metabolism include growth hormone (GH), thyrotropin (TSH), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and beta melanocyte stimulating hormone (βMSH)
