Intramedullary syndrome includes: sensory dissociation, temporary sensory loss or dynamic sensory deficit (Suspendedsensory deficif), normal sacral sensation, patchy sensory disorder, when the temperature and pain sensation in most of the body and both lower limbs is impaired but the sacral area is damaged. The segment is normal, indicating that normal sacral sensation is related to damage to the spinothalamic tract.
