Abstract

Acute cerebrovascular insufficiency manifests in the form of stroke, and early treatment is the most important. The author believes that its treatment can be divided into four aspects: 1. Drugs that affect cerebral blood circulation dynamics: (1) Digitalis drugs: normal heart rate Or slower, use 0.25-0.5 mg of digitonin, and 0.2 mg of acetyl digitonin is used for tachycardia or arrhythmia, three times a day. The author believes that taking into account the role of the blood-brain barrier, digitalis drugs can be used for treatment regardless of cardiac dysfunction.
