Abstract

Nodding epilepsy or infantile spasms, broadly speaking, it is a subtype of epilepsy. Mainly occurs in infants, occasionally also in small children. General antiepileptic drugs are difficult to be effective, but ACTH, adrenal cortex hormone and benzodiazepine (Benzodiazepam) drugs have considerable curative effect.
