Abstract

The surgical treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformations has reached the current level of active surgical removal after about half a century of hard work. This point is consistent with the surgical treatment of cerebral aneurysms, but cerebral aneurysm surgery has become more standardized, with clipping as the main surgical method, and there are still many problems in cerebral arteriovenous malformation surgery that have not been resolved.
