Microsurgical treatment of intracranial supramaternal aneurysm

This article reports the experience of microsurgical treatment of 60 cases of superior intracranial aneurysms in the past three years. Materials (1) Gender and age: 32 females and 28 males. Aged 17 to 70 years old, of which 43 cases were younger than 50 years old. (2) Location of aneurysms: in order of incidence: 28 cases of anterior communicating artery, 14 cases of supraclinoid carotid artery, 13 cases of middle cerebral artery, 7 cases of internal carotid artery bifurcation, 3 cases of posterior communicating artery, There was 1 case of anterior cerebral artery, 1 case of pericallosal branch, and 1 case of bilateral lesions (anterior communicating artery + middle cerebral artery).
